The Front Doors entering the Atrium at the Harold R. Banke Justice Complex will only be open for entry to the public from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday excluding County Holidays.

The Harold R. Banke Justice Center opened for business on November 6, 2000, just two years after ground was broken. The 727,500 square foot facility, which is located at 9151 Tara Boulevard, opened on schedule and within budget. This is quite an accomplishment for the project team of Lee Design & Management, Turner Construction Company and architect HOK, Inc. considering most buildings of this size take up to five years from initial start of design to completion.

The $91 million center, was paid for by a one-cent Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (S.P.L.O.S.T.) passed by voters in March 1998 and ended March 31, 2001.
