TV23's mission is to provide information on the operations of local government departments to the citizens of Clayton County.

TV23 is a 24 hours a day 7 days a week information service of the Clayton County Board of Commissioners.

To be eligible to post information on TV23 an organization must be a government department, agency, or receive direct support from the Clayton County Board of Commissioners.

TV23 is a free service to all Comcast Cable subscribers.
