If you are applying for a position with the Clayton

Original Signature Required (preferably in Blue
Ink) - The job application available for download is
provided for your convenience. Once you complete it, you must sign
it and return to the Personnel Office. FAXED JOB
APPLICATIONS AND/OR RESUMES are not admissible and will
not be considered by our office. A separate job application is
required for each position that you are applying for. Job resumes
may be included with the job application but will not be accepted
in lieu of job application.
Methods of Returning Job Application(s) - You
may deliver the job application(s) to our office either by mail or
in person. Our office address is: 120 Smith Street, Jonesboro,
Georgia 30236.
Downloading the Job Application - There are
two application available for download. Please review the
requirements and descriptions prior to download.
Job Application (pdf) - This file can
be completed on-line and then printed. This file can also be viewed
and printed to complete with typewriter or pen at a later date. A
current version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed on
your computer.
Seasonal Application (pdf) - The
Seasonal application is only for seasonal positions and if it is
used for any other position, it will not be
considered. This file can be completed on-line and
then printed. This file can also be viewed and printed to complete
with typewriter or pen at a later date. A current version of the
Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed on your computer.
