attempting to access the E-Fines website to pay traffic citations,
you may experience technical difficulties in the ability to access
the site.
Therefore, if you wait until a day or two before your
assigned court date, you run the risk of not being able to use this
option to pay your citation or having it processed in a timely
fashion to avoid late penalties and your driver's license being
suspended.***
Welcome to the PayFine Web site of the Clayton County
State Court Clerk's Office. We take great pleasure in introducing
you to this additional feature which will enable our citizens to
pay traffic citations via the Internet.
The PayFine Web site requires that "cookies" be
enabled. The site works best when using Internet Explorer 5.5 or
Netscape versions 4.7 or later.
If you experience problems when
accessing the
PayFineWeb site, check the security
settings on your browser and adjust as needed.
Due to the large volume of citations received daily, your
citation may not be on the system yet. Please allow two weeks prior
to your court date to attempt payment on-line.
Attention: PayFine only accepts credit card
payments using a valid Visa, MasterCard or American Express. A
convenience fee will be charged to your account by a third party
for each individual payment transaction.
For security purposes, some credit card companies may limit the
total amount charged to your line of credit for each individual
transaction. Please check with your credit card issuer if you
believe there may be a limit to the total amount you may charge to
your credit card for each individual transaction.
