Member Appointed Boards
ADVISORY
GROUP, NEIGHBORHOOD - Created by Resolution 94-115 which
was adopted on November 18, 1994. Said Group was created for
the purpose of making recommendations to the Board relating
to the development and use of recreational property on Walt
Stephens Road. The Group consists of seven (7) members. Posts
1 through 5 are appointed by the Board of Commissioners as names
are certified by the participating neighborhoods following their
duly conducted elections. Posts 6 and 7 are appointed by the
Board of Commissioners by its majority vote. Initial terms are
for one year, commencing on January 1, 1995 and ending on December
31, 1995.
Members: Tony Antoine, Chair, Janie Griffin, Vice Chair, Jim Buckman, Michael Cooper, Barbara Cutts-Griffin, Jarvis Jackson and Russell Tod Nichols, II.

AIRPORT
AUTHORITY -
PURSUANT TO S.B. 616, Act 935, the Clayton County
Airport Authority shall be composed of seven members to be appointed
by the governing authority of the County. Initial terms shall
be as per Resolution 94-39.

CONTROL BOARD - Created as fourteen member board. Membership

of four years each. Upon expiration of the initial terms specified,
all terms shall be for three years.
