The Clayton County Board of Health
will offer special hours:
July 18th - August 12th
Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00
p.m.
Friday - 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
If your child is enrolling in Clayton County schools for the
first time, a Hearing, Vision & Dental screening will be
required. There is a fee of $25.00 (or Medicaid) for this
service.
To avoid delays make sure you bring your copy of your child/
children's immunization record(s).
Come early as crowds may be heavy during this time and clients
are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. The number of clients
seen is based on the number of available service providers.
Medicaid, Peach State Health Plan, WellCare AmeriGroup, Cash,
Check, Visa, and MasterCard are acceptable methods of payment.
